What to expect on your first visit

On the first appointment with us we will do a standardised preliminary exam. This will include asking you a few questions about your current brushing and flossing habits, and then taking a radiograph to investigate any underlying issues like cavities. Once your exam has taken place we can build out a treatment plan and decide which option you would be most comfortable with, whether it be bi-yearly or annual appointments or ongoing treatment for current issues that need resolving. We send out helpful text reminders to all our clients to make sure no one misses an appointment.

When you are making your booking with our helpful receptionist they will ask you for a few details to help us build your patient file.

We will need a list of all your current medications.

Your first appointment will be about half an hour in length and you are most welcome to bring a support person.

Cancellation

Our Cancellation Policy

Every organization needs to have policies in place for the smooth running of their business. At our practice, we have a cancellation policy and a payment of account policy.* Please let our receptionist know 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. Unless it is an emergency as we understand these situations sometimes happen. If you fail to attend an appointment you are at risk of receiving a fee.

*Please note: All payment for treatment is due on the day of the appointment.
